Trama Jake Sully, ex-marine ferito e paralizzato dalla vita in giù durante un combattimento, per partecipare a un programma chiamato 'Avatar', grazie al quale avrà nuovamente un corpo sano, arriva sul pianeta Pandora, abitato dalla razza umanoide dei Na'vi.
